MÓGŪ
The challenge for designing this growing chain was to have the patrons immediately know the quality and health conscious cuisine that MÓGŪ has created. This proprietary modern Chinese kitchen uses smart tech and air-baking techniques instead of frying. Dallago Associate’s design had to embrace a modern and clean interior that represented the fresh ingredients that pack this space, while represented the authentic timelessness of Chinese cuisine.
